Welcome to our Sunshine villa, always sunny with plenty of rest and relaxation areas. The villa is located in Kaštelir (Istria region), only 7 minutes from the white sand beach, attractions for children, restaurants, and 10 minutes from the beaches of the famous town of Poreč.
Poreč is one of the most visited places in Croatia. It has more than 60 km of coastline, including many bays and beaches that stretch from Cervar in the north to the Green Lagoon in the south.
Always a sunny summer destination for families with children, and sports enthusiasts all over the place, especially cyclists and wine lovers. Poreč is a popular summer resort on the coast of the Istrian Peninsula in western Croatia.
The Croatians living here are very friendly, and you can find a lot of quality food, wine and children's attractions on every corner.
The villa is situated in a quiet area (part of Kaštelir) yet in the vicinity you will find everything you need. There is a grocery store always offering fresh meat, quality home restaurants, playgrounds, and romantic olive groves overlooking the sea. Bike trails start 2 minutes from the villa, bicycles can be rented with us for a fee.
Children's and workout playground is located directly above the house. The villa has 2 separate entrances.
